NON-SMOKER'S HEALTH ACT
This notice is a reminder that the Non-Smoker's Health Act
prohibits smoking in Federal Workplaces. Therefore, smoking
is prohibited in all buildings (i.e. offices, sheds, garages, hotrooms, gatehouses, and other buildings). Those who wish to smoke must do so outdoors.
We urge everyone to comply with the act, since failure to do so
will leave us no other alternative than to take Disciplinary Action with those who smoke in restricted areas.
